Our coffee is 100% Arabica, grown in Colombia. The beans are medium-dark roasted, with a deep and even brown color.

The aroma is strong and pleasant, with a fresh touch.

The flavor is citrusy and caramelized, offering a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness in every cup.

This package contains 1 pound (16 ounces) of freshly roasted, ground coffee, sealed to keep its freshness and flavor until you brew it.

At Bear Roast, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee. Because our products are considered perishable food items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used packages, or for taste preferences.

This policy aligns with U.S. consumer protection standards and food safety regulations. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and general retail guidelines, businesses are not required to accept returns on perishable goods, including food and beverages, for health and safety reasons. Similar to industry practices (e.g., Amazon), our coffee is non-returnable once delivered unless there is an issue with the order.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bearroast.co@gmail.com. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the case.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    •    A replacement at no additional cost
    •    A store credit
    •    Or a full refund, depending on the situation

We will notify you of the resolution once your claim has been reviewed.

All coffee and food-related items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened. We do not issue refunds for opened products, handling issues, or personal taste preferences.

4. Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times depend on the destination:
    •    Within the U.S.: 3–7 business days
    •    International shipping: Currently not available (or specify if you ship internationally)

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly with the carrier.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Bear Roast is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in locating the package or arranging a replacement, subject to our refund policy.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
