At Bear Roast, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee. Because our products are considered perishable food items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used packages, or for taste preferences.

This policy aligns with U.S. consumer protection standards and food safety regulations. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and general retail guidelines, businesses are not required to accept returns on perishable goods, including food and beverages, for health and safety reasons. Similar to industry practices (e.g., Amazon), our coffee is non-returnable once delivered unless there is an issue with the order.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bearroast.co@gmail.com. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the case.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    •    A replacement at no additional cost
    •    A store credit
    •    Or a full refund, depending on the situation

We will notify you of the resolution once your claim has been reviewed.

2. Order Issues

If you experience a delivery problem (such as non-receipt or receiving the wrong item), notify us as soon as possible so we can assist promptly.

3. Non-returnable Products

All coffee and food-related items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened. We do not issue refunds for opened products, handling issues, or personal taste preferences.

4. Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
